Description

Promotes scalp health and may ease occasional stomach discomfort*. Peppermint oil is one of the most widely used in aromatherapy due to it's invigorating and fresh aroma. Peppermint oil, according to one study, could be used as a therapeutic alternative for hair loss in humans* (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4289931/). Peppermint oil has also been shown in clinical trials to ease symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4729798/). While we are not doctors and cannot recommend taking this oil internally, we do recommend consulting your physician or applying topically to your lower abdomen with a carrier oil. Absolute Aromas English Peppermint Essential Oil has many of the same characteristics as regular peppermint oil with a bit of a smoother, fuller and more rounded aroma. It's unique in that it contains a high concentration of methyl esters, which is responsible for the sweetness and fullness of the oil. English peppermint is wonderful for easing nausea or uneasiness after a mean, hence the reason it is the main oil used in after-dinner mints. Usage

Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choosing. Topical: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with any carrier oil to minimize any skin irritation. Safety: If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult a physician. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use on cracked skin or abrasions. Do not use orally, unless directed by a licensed Aromatherapist or physician. Do not apply this essential oil to or near the face of infants or children. Avoid if you have cardiac fibrillation or G6PD deficiency. Adult Max Dilution: 5.4% Shelf Life: 2-3 Years
