Unopened items* in original packaging returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Gently used items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund, less original shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
HAZMAT items, drop shipped items, and equipment require return authorization approval from our Customer Care Department. Certain items in your order may be Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). HAZMAT includes aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, including, but not limited to, hairspray, nail polish, and perfumes. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires shipment of Hazardous Materials to be sent ground shipping only due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Return all products to BEing WELL by ground shipping only. To complete your return, please include a copy of the original receipt as well the original product packaging, and send your items to:
