3 Self Massage Options to Optimize Your At-Home Wellness Regimen

The current pandemic is forcing us to change the way we take care of our physical and mental health. While it has definitely flipped our worlds upside down, it’s also forcing us to grow and be mindful of the present. During this time while dealing with quarantine and new stressors, it’s important that we also take time to care for our bodies, ensuring a healthier immune system. Below are 3 at-home massages you can use throughout your day to keep your bodies (and minds) tension-free!

Cupping Therapy
